Allow me introduce you to PLANTA — the restaurant I take all my non-vegan friends to. And since you and I are getting to know each other, consider this your official invitation!

Now listen… I’m kind of a vegan food snob. So when I call a restaurant my favorite, that’s saying A LOT. But PLANTA earns the title every. single. time.
Let’s talk about why.
⭐️ Why PLANTA Is That Vegan Restaurant
1. They focus on plants — and they do it exceptionally well.
I can appreciate a good vegan “meat” every now and then, but what I love about PLANTA is that they let plants shine. Their dishes are so balanced, flavorful, and beautifully crafted that you won’t miss the substitutes.

2. They elevate familiar comfort foods.
PLANTA is definitely on the “upscale vegan” spectrum — but what they do so brilliantly is take foods you already know and love (pizza, sushi, pasta) and turn them into plant-forward masterpieces. You get the comfort and the creativity.

3. My non-vegan friends love it.
This might be the biggest compliment of all.
Good food is good food — and PLANTA makes good food. Period.
4. The ambiance? Sleek + sexy.
Think: beautiful décor, warm lighting, and dishes that look like edible art.

Perfect for:
- A first date
- A birthday dinner
- A girls’ brunch
- Or your “treat-yourself” moment
Every dish feels like an invitation to a plant-driven culinary adventure.

🌱 My Favorite Starters at PLANTA
Start the night strong with these flavor bombs:
- Bang Bang Broccoli — sweet chili + peanut sauce = perfection
- Croquetas — mushroom bacon, cashew mozzarella, garlic aioli
- Crispy Gyoza — spinach + aji amarillo swimming in a chimichurri dream
- Avocado Beetroot Tartare — citrus soy, pine nuts, sesame, taro chips (honorable mention!)
- 1,000 Layer Crispy Potatoes — good flavor, but I wish they were crispier

🍣 For the Sushi Lovers
If sushi is your love language, PLANTA will spoil you:
- Unagi Eggplant — miso truffle glaze
- Ahi Watermelon — ginger, citrus soy
- Firecracker Roll — Japanese sweet potato, avocado, unagi, potato straws, gochujang mayo
- Torched & Pressed — avocado, miso truffle glaze

🍝 Burgers, Pasta & More: The Mains
You cannot go wrong with:
- Spaghettini Carbonara
Mushroom bacon, smoked tempeh, cracked pepper, almond parmesan - The House Burger
Cheese, mushroom bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, secret sauce - Any of their pizzas
(Trust me. Just pick one. It will be good.) - Japanese “Steak”
My meat-eating friends LOVE this dish.
For me, it was almost too meaty — but the flavor? Amazing.

🍰 Save Room for Dessert
PLANTA’s desserts never disappoint, but if it’s available, order the:
Matcha Cheesecake
Berry compote, whipped cream, graham crust
I haven’t met a PLANTA dessert I didn’t like.
