I’ve also learned that managing your health doesn’t have to feel like another full-time job. Life was meant to be lived—with joy, flavor, and freedom. That’s why I started this blog: to share the delicious recipes, mindset shifts, travel guides, and wellness hacks I’ve picked up along the way. I want you to know you’re not alone, and that vibrant health is possible.
Oh—and when I’m not in the kitchen or exploring vegan eats in new cities, I’m a licensed clinical psychologist obsessing about how to help women like you find the energy and inspiration they need to live their best lives.
On this journey, I’ve realized how many women (especially women of color) are quietly suffering with fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, and other hormone-related conditions.
I’ve been vegetarian since I was 12 and vegan for about 15 years—which basically means kale and I are in a long-term relationship. For the most part, I’ve reaped the benefits of a plant-based diet: I dodged high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. But when I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids, it forced me to level up. I had to lean into what I already knew… and learn so much more. That’s when I discovered the power of radical self-care—not just what I put on my plate, but how I care for my mind, body, and spirit.
Your best life is waiting for you.

I can’t wait to show you how positive psychology, personal development, and plant-based nutrition can help you achieve the life of your dreams!
As a clinical psychologist I’ve been trained to understand mental illness, but my real passion is to better understand wellness.
Positive Psychology...
You were born for joy.
But you probably aren’t living up to your full potential. (Few people are). I don’t want you to settle for less. Not when a life full of passion and purpose awaits you. The world needs you to become the best version of yourself and I want to help you do it!
You are unique, you are talented, and you are beautiful. The truth is, you were born for joy.
Personal Development
You deserve the very best, and so does your body.
Let’s be clear. Eating a plant-based diet is not a cure all. But the evidence is clear that eating more plants is important in reducing one's risk of chronic diseases like obesity, heart disease, hypertension, cancer, and type II diabetes. Plant-based diets have also been linked to better mental health.
Many people say that they feel better and think more clearly when eating plant-based. The problem is, most people can’t figure out what to eat! But don’t worry. I’m not here to simply tell you need to eat more healthily, I’m here to show you.
You can’t live your best life if you always feel sick and tired.
