If you’re looking for a delicious way to start your day with energy and balance, this Mixed Berry Chia Smoothie is your go-to! It’s packed with antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats to help calm inflammation, support hormone health, and keep you feeling satisfied all morning long.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries*
  • 1½ cups spinach (a generous handful)
  • 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant milk (almond or coconut milk work beautifully)
  • Sweetener (optional): 3 dates, or a splash of agave or maple syrup
  • Guava nectar (optional, for a tropical twist)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, hormone-loving boost!

Notes

I like to use Costco’s Live More Organics Antioxidant Blend, which includes strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and pomegranate arils. It adds the perfect balance of tart and sweet!

If you prefer a thicker smoothie bowl texture, reduce the plant milk slightly and top with sliced fruit, granola, and extra chia seeds.
